In event after registration you do not receive the “welcome” email in which you are requested to verify your email address (authentication) please login via this link https://portal.c1capital.co.za/login and the email will be resent.  Please also remember to check your spam/junk folders. You are also welcome to contact the Admin Team via info@c1capital.co.za who will gladly assist you. 

Go to the “Settings” option on your dashboard. Erase the current email and complete your new email details, then click on “save” You will receive an OTP (via registered option chosen) enter the OTP and click on “confirm” Your email details will now be updated. If your setting to receive an OTP was set on email and you no longer have access to the old email please change your OTP setting to SMS prior to updating your email address.  Should you still experience any challenges please send an email to info@c1capital.co.za and the Admin Team will assist.

Go to the “Settings” option on your dashboard. Scroll down to Password, enter your current Password, then enter a new Password, confirm the Password and click on “save” Your Password will now be updated.  (changing of Password is also discussed in the How to? section)

Go to the login screen and click on “forgot Password” you will be required to enter your email address and submit. You will receive an email with a “Reset Password” link. Click on the link and enter new password details, confirm and save. Your login details will now be updated. (Forgot Password is also discussed in the How to? section)

Yes, you will need to notify C1 Wealth of any address change as this is a FICA requirement. You will be required to send a new Proof of Address, not older than 3 months via email to info@c1capital.co.za and the Admin Team will update your address on the system.

No, you can only have one bank account detail on your Account and it must be in the name of the registered Account Holder.

Withdrawals can only be made to the registered C1 Capital Account Holder. No withdrawals are permitted to other beneficiaries as this is considered to be “money laundering”.

Your returns will remain in your wallet until such time as withdrawn or re-contributed.

There is no minimum for top-up amounts on your account and can be done at any stage during the plan cycle. It can however, only be added to your 3-monthly contribution once the end date has been reached and will lay dormant in your account until such time.
